In order to facilitate the farmers and provide the timely inputs (seed, fertilizer, pesticides, insecticides, POL and labour charges etc) for crops loan under Sada Bahar Scheme(SBS) are provided. Besides, working capital for dairy, poultry and fishery are provided to the interested borrowers under the scheme. The salient features of the scheme are as under:-

Selection of Borrowers:
  1. Under the scheme the Bank MCO selects the Borrowers keeping in view of the criteria fixed for Sada Bahar Scheme(SBS).
Delivery Channel: Branch
Collateral: Tangible Securities
Rate of Mark up: 12.5 % p.a with 1% rebate for timely repayment.
Documents Required: CNIC Photocopy, Loan Case File, Agri. Pass Book & 2 recent photographs
Maximum Limit: Rs.0.500 million per borrower/party.
Working of revolving limit: The revolving credit limit is fixed to cater production/working capital needs of the borrowers during one year period.
Loan Disbursement: The borrower can draw the credit in lump sum or in piece meal according to his need/requirement.
Repayment:
  1. Loans disbursed for Wheat & other Rabi Crops from 1st October to 31st March, due date for recovery would fall on 7th July.
  2. Loans disbursed for Cotton, Paddy & other Kharif Crops from 1st April to 30th September, due date for recovery would fall on 7th January.
  3. Loans disbursed for sugarcane during the months of September/October and February/March cultivation being Kharif Crop, would be recovered in two equal installments on 7th January & 7th April with following grace period:-
    1. September/October cultivation with minimum 14 months grace period.
    2. February/March cultivation with minimum 09 months grace period.
  4. Due date of last installment during 3rd year of three years currency period would be fixed on 7th January or 7th July, as the case may be preceding the 3 years expiry date of the revolving limit fixed under Sada Bahar/Awami Zarai Schemes.
Loanable Items: Inputs i.e. seed, fertilizer and pesticides etc.
Working capital for Poultry, Dairy, Fishery and Orchards..
Cost of Credit
  • Loan Case File Rs.200/-
  • Postal Charge Rs.500/-
  • Appraisal Fee (LA fee @ 1% upto loan of Rs.50,000/- & 2% above Rs.50,000/- to 1.000 Million)
